We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Graduate People Services Coordinator to join our People Services Team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast\-paced HR environment, develop your knowledge of HR processes and systems, and build a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Gain Exposure Across the Employee Lifecycle \- Support a variety of HR processes from onboarding new starters to managing employee records, contract changes, supporting leavers, giving you a broad understanding of core HR operations.
- Help Create a Great New Starter Experience \- Assist with preparing offer letters, contracts, right\-to\-work documentation, and onboarding activities to ensure employees feel welcomed and supported from day one.
- Develop Your HR Systems Knowledge \- Learn how to maintain employee records using Oracle HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance while gaining valuable experience with HR technology.
- Support Managers and Employees \- Act as a first point of contact for HR\-related queries, helping employees and managers navigate processes and providing excellent customer service.
- Build Reporting and Data Skills \- Prepare regular reports for HR, Payroll, Finance, and other departments, developing your analytical and data management capabilities.
- Get Involved in Key HR Projects \- Work alongside HR Business Partners on important initiatives such as annual salary reviews, bonus processes, employee communications, and continuous improvement projects.
- Learn About Payroll and Benefits \- Support payroll administration and gain exposure to employee benefits, including private medical cover, company cars, cycle\-to\-work schemes, and long\-service awards.
- Contribute to Process Improvements \- Bring fresh ideas and help identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
For This Role, You Will Need:* A degree in any discipline, combined with a strong interest and passion to work in HR.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong customer service mindset and a collaborative approach
- Previous administrative, customer service, or office\-based experience
