Wedding & Events Evening Manager

We are seeking a detail\-oriented, night\-owl Wedding Evening Manager to execute the final, magical hours of our couples' special days. You will take the reins during the reception to oversee supplier pack\-down, manage guest departures, and ensure the venue is perfectly packed up and secured.

Role Overview

• Position: Wedding Evening Manager


• Hours: Part\-time / Casual (typically 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM), choose the shifts that work for you.

Key Responsibilities

• The Handover: Take over leadership from the daytime coordinator smoothly before the reception begins.


• Management: manage the bar team throughout the evening, the evening catering, the first dance and any other specifics the client requires.


• Supplier Management: Coordinate late\-night suppliers (caterers, DJs, bands) and oversee their post\-event pack\-down.


• Valuables Security: Safely collect and hand over the card box, gifts, and couple’s personal items to designated family members.


• Guest Coordination: Manage the send\-off and ensure guests safely board evening transport.


• Venue Wrap\-Up: Complete a final walkthrough and securely lock down the premises.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, event execution, or wedding coordination.


• Skills: Exceptional problem\-solving skills under pressure and clear communication.


• Attributes: A night owl with high energy, an assertive but polite manner, and sharp attention to detail.


• Logistics: Reliable personal transport to get home safely in the early hours of the morning.


• Reliability: Become a part of our team, be prompt on your arrival and commit to dates with long lead times.

There are additional hours outside of this role for the perfect candidates which can be discussed after a probational period.

Pay: £14\.00 per hour
