Front of House Manager

Location: Thorp Arch, Wetherby

Hours: 5 days over 7

Salary: Circa £28k \+ Pension (dependent on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Employment contract until end November 2026 (possibility of extension for the right candidate)

About Us \- Homegrown Hospitality is a family\-run business providing outstanding catering for weddings and events across Yorkshire since 2013\. We’re passionate about creating fresh, locally sourced food and delivering a personal, high\-quality service.

The Role \- We’re looking for an Event Co\-ordinator to join our team. The role is hands\-on and varied — leading our FOH operations, managing staff, liaising with clients, and ensuring every event runs smoothly from setup to pack\-down.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all Front of House operations for weddings and events


• Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff


• Act as the main client contact on the run up to events


• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and logistics teams


• Oversee hire kits, stock, and equipment


• Manage event setup and breakdown (bar, dining, kitchen areas)


• Collate event details and ensure accurate communication across the team


• Assist with social media and marketing


• Handle general admin
