Bar Supervisor/Duty Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to assist the General Manager in the daily operations of our busy sports club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to drive the team towards excellence.

Duties:
\- Manage overall bar operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and stock control
\- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
\- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer experience and increase revenue
\- Have some experience using social media as a marketing tool
\- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
\- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the bar area
\- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements

\- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
\- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
\- Excellent knowledge of bar management best practices
\- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
\- Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment
\- Experience in team management and supervising staff within a restaurant setting
