Webinar Content Manager
We're partnering with a globally recognised technology business to hire a Webinar Content Manager to lead the planning, localisation, and delivery of webinar programmes across the EMEA region.
This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of content, events, localisation, and stakeholder management. You'll take globally developed webinar content and adapt it for regional audiences, ensuring it is engaging, culturally relevant, and commercially effective across multiple EMEA markets.
You'll work closely with digital marketing teams, subject matter experts, production teams, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-quality webinar experiences from concept through to live execution.
Title: Webinar Content Manager (EMEA) - German Speaker
Location: London (with travel to Germany)
Contract: 12 Month FTC
Salary: £64,000 per annum equivalent

This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of content, events, localisation, and stakeholder management. You'll take globally developed webinar content and adapt it for regional audiences, ensuring it is engaging, culturally relevant, and commercially effective across multiple EMEA markets.
You'll work closely with digital marketing teams, subject matter experts, production teams, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-quality webinar experiences from concept through to live execution.
Key Responsibilities • Adapt and localise global webinar content for EMEA audiences
- Develop webinar narratives, presentations, and supporting assets
- Partner with digital marketing teams to identify webinar topics and regional priorities
- Manage localisation and translation across key EMEA languages
- Identify, recruit, and coach webinar speakers and subject matter experts
- Host and facilitate live webinars in both German and English
- Manage audience engagement, Q&A sessions, and live event flow
- Work closely with technical production teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Coordinate with campaign, digital, and production teams on promotion, registrations, and follow-up activity
- Create contingency plans and supporting content to manage live event challenges
- Proven experience in webinar production, content strategy, or event marketing
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience localising content for international audiences
- Confident presenter with experience hosting live webinars or virtual events
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience within B2B SaaS, technology, marketing technology, or related industries is highly desirable
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, digital, technical, and commercial teams
- High-profile regional role with significant visibility across EMEA
- Blend of content strategy, localisation, stakeholder management, and live event delivery
- Hybrid working environment in Munich
- 12-month contract with potential for extension
