Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Write clean, scalable, testable, and well\-documented code utilizing modern web development frameworks and programming languages.


• Front\-End Integration: Build responsive, user\-friendly interfaces from wireframes and design mockups, ensuring seamless cross\-browser compatibility and mobile optimization.


• Back\-End Collaboration: Integrate front\-end elements with server\-side logic and connect applications with database systems and third\-party APIs.


• Performance Optimization: Diagnose, debug, and optimize application performance to minimize load times and ensure maximum scalability.


• Cross\-Functional Teamwork: Coordinate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and marketing teams to align technical execution with daily operations and growth strategies.


• Maintenance \& Security: Maintain existing web applications, perform regular code reviews, and implement web security best practices to protect data.

• Technical Stack: Proven experience as a Front\-End Developer, Back\-End Developer, or Full\-Stack Web Developer. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6\+), and modern frameworks (such as React, Vue, or Angular).


• Back\-End \& Databases: Solid understanding of server\-side languages (Node.js, Python, or PHP) and relational/non\-relational database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).


• Version Control: Strong command of Git and standard version control workflows.


• Responsive Design: Deep understanding of mobile\-first design principles, CSS grid systems, and preprocessors (SASS/LESS).


• Problem\-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for troubleshooting bugs and performance bottlenecks.


• Communication: Strong collaborative skills to work effectively across different departments and articulate technical concepts to non\-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with Cloud Services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).


• Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and basic SEO best practices for web architecture.


• A strong portfolio of live web applications or open\-source contributions.
