We are seeking a skilled and passionate Web Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing robust, user\-centric web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams—including designers, product managers, and backend engineers—to turn complex wireframes into high\-performing, scalable digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Application Development: Write clean, well\-designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices.
- UI/UX Implementation: Build responsive, pixel\-perfect user interfaces based on modern design mockups and wireframes.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross\-browser compatibility.
- API Integration: Integrate backend services, RESTful APIs, and third\-party data sources seamlessly into front\-end architectures.
- Code Quality \& Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing legacy software systems. Participate in peer code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and design teams to align technical execution with overarching business development and growth strategies.
- Core Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6\+), HTML5, and CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS).
- Frameworks \& Libraries: Hands\-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Backend Knowledge: Familiarity with server\-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or PHP) and relational/non\-relational databases.
- Tools \& Version Control: Proficient with Git version control, build tools (Webpack, Vite), and package managers (NPM, Yarn).
- Responsive Design: Deep understanding of mobile\-first design principles and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications adhere to them (semantic HTML, core web vitals, structured data).
- Experience with web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Strong problem\-solving abilities and a self\-driven approach to learning new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience / coding bootcamp graduation).
- Proven experience working as a Web Developer, Front\-End Developer, or Full\-Stack Engineer with a strong portfolio of live projects.
