Web Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-focused Web Designer for Wholesale to take ownership of the day\-to\-day management and presentation of our wholesale website.

This is a hands\-on role responsible for ensuring that our website is up to date, accurate, visually appealing and fully operational at all times. You will make sure that all products are correctly uploaded, visible and live, with accurate product information, images, pricing and availability.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain the wholesale website on a daily basis, ensuring all products are accurately uploaded, visible and live at all times.

· Add and update products, collections and categories, including product descriptions, images, pricing, specifications and availability.

· Ensure products are correctly categorised, presented and merchandised to provide a clear and easy to navigate wholesale customer experience.

· Regularly check the website for missing products, incorrect information, broken links and other issues, resolving these promptly.

· Remove or amend discontinued, unavailable or outdated products and keep website content accurate and up to date.

· Create and maintain website banners, promotional content, landing pages and other visual merchandising.

· Ensure the website remains professional, visually engaging, responsive and user\-friendly across desktop, tablet and mobile.

· Monitor the overall website experience and identify opportunities to improve navigation, product presentation and customer journey.

We’re looking for someone who:

· Has previous experience in web design or website management.

· Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in keeping a website accurate and up to date.

· Is confident managing product information and large numbers of products.

· Has a good understanding of website merchandising.

· Has an eye for design and understands what makes a website visually appealing and easy to navigate.

· Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

· Can work independently while communicating effectively with internal teams.

· Has a strong understanding of the importance of website availability and product visibility.
