- Temperature Checks
- Water Sampling
- TMV Inspection and Servicing

- Service and replacement of water softeners and filters
- To ensure that the water hygiene and water treatment maintenance, servicing and repair works are carried out in accordance with Marsh, current L.C.A standards and any relevant legislation.
- To regularly and effectively communicate with clients, suppliers and other Marsh personnel in order to maintain and develop excellent professional working relationships and ensure smooth operation of the business.
- The job holder will be expected to organise their work and time efficiently, and to work supportively within a team.
- Attend to emergency disinfections during normal working hours and outside of normal working hours where necessary.
- Punctual site attendance, wearing relevant PPE and clothing issued.
- Submitting clear, concise and accurate reports of works carried out, with clear recommendations for any further work required.
- Submitting weekly accurate timesheets.
- Communicating with Contracts Managers on job progression.

- Sound knowledge of Water Hygiene service industry
- Sound knowledge of mechanical plant

- HSG 274 Parts 1 2 and 3
- BS 8552 Sampling and Monitoring of Water from Closed Systems
- BSRIA BG 50 Water Treatment for Heating and Cooling Systems
- BS 8580 WRA Code of Practice
- BS 7592 Legionella Sampling
- Driving Licence
- Intermediate/Advanced PC Skills – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Elogbooks
- FSI Concept and the like
- Trained in Health and Safety
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to work in a sometimes\-pressured environment
- The ability to work in a fast\-paced environment with an exceptional work ethic
- Working alone and also within a team as dictated by working responsibilities.
- Self\-motivated and capable of working without fully documented procedures.
- The ability to adopt changes to processes and responsibilities as the business develops.
- Experience of interpreting and reporting of Water Hygiene Service maintenance reports.
- Experience of interpreting and reporting of UKAS Lab sample analysis reports.
- Experience of working successfully with teams of people.
- Experience of maintaining great client and in house relationships.
- Demonstrable understanding and interpretation of interpretation of Lab results for both Domestic and Closed systems in line with current regulations and guidance.
- Understanding or carrying out practical work involved with water hygiene monitoring and maintenance.
