Water Hygiene Engineer / Remedials Plumber

MDB Plumbing (Nottm) Ltd specialists in a wide range of plumbing and heating, gas services, legionella management and control to industrial, commercial and domestic customers.

Based in Nottingham we provide reactive and planned maintenance across plumbing, heating and gas services to our domestic and commercial clients throughout the midlands and on a national scale.

An opening has become available to join our expanding hard working team as a Legionella water hygiene engineer / Remedials Plumber

Tasks would include but not restricted to:

• Legionella Temperature Monitoring


• Shower Descaling


• Expansion Vessel Maintenance


• Water Tank Inspections


• Water Sampling


• Legionella Remedial Work


• General Plumbing Work


• Tank Replacements


• Water Heater Replacements


• General Servicing Work

The role is required to cover primarily Nottinghamshire area with occasional travel

We are ready to invite CVs for a Legionella water hygiene engineer / Remedials Plumber who has experience in carrying out all HSG274 part 2 PPM tasks as well as plumbing remedial works.
We would require a minimum of 3 years' experience in the water industry to be accompanied by a recognised plumbing qualification of a minimum level 2\.

A qualification in unvented hot water would also be beneficial but this training can be provided for the right candidate.

Travel would be part of this role and could extend outside of the areas mentioned above on occasions.

You will be required to deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise whilst maintaining a high standard in regard to the company, your appearance, company vehicle and equipment.
