We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly organised HR Manager with a strong generalist HR background, who can lead our HR Team.

This role reports into the Chief Operating Officer. You will sit on the operational leadership team working with a group of managers across the organisation and will be managing the overall function of HR delivery across the Group, playing a key part in shaping culture and talent management initiatives.

To be truly successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in a wide range of HR technical expertise, a practical and pragmatic approach and a strong focus on;

  • Employee relations case management, particularly being able to balance the needs of the workforce and that of the organisation

  • Policy development and delivery

  • Demonstrable knowledge of UK employment law and best practice

  • A proven ability to support organisational change with care, bringing others with you and fostering a positive, inclusive culture

  • Effective coaching skills

  • Stakeholder Management skills and the ability to influence

  • Excellent management skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a highly effective team.
