Warehouse Team Leader
About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our manufacturing site in Barton\-upon\-Humber. The shift will be from Monday to Friday, 06:00 \- 14:30\.
Main responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate efficient replenishment to maintain availability.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflow.
- Uphold health \& safety standards and ensure full compliance with company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement and support team training and development initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of operatives to achieve consistent performance.
About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leader role within warehousing, logistics, or retail.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Solid understanding of stock control and replenishment processes.
- IT proficiency, with flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and working hours.
