Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Retention Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and providing great service, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll make outbound calls to existing customers through our dialler system—no cold calling. As part of our win\-back campaign, you’ll reconnect with customers, build rapport, understand their needs, and encourage repeat business.

You’ll promote relevant products and services, highlight current offers, and deliver a positive customer experience while working towards conversion targets. Full training is provided, so previous experience isn’t required—we’re looking for people with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

This customer\-focused campaign is designed to rebuild relationships and promote repeat business.

You’ll begin with four weeks of interactive training to build your knowledge of our systems, products, and customer approach. Once trained, you’ll start calling existing customers, building relationships, promoting our products and services, and helping customers get the most from their experience.

Working hours:
Flexible contracts are available for 20, 28, 32, 36, or 40 hours per week. Our Call Centre is open Monday to Thursday, 9:00am–7:00pm, and Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm, giving you options to suit your schedule.
