About the Role

liquidation.store is a fast\-moving e\-commerce business selling excess and liquidation stock through flash sales and mystery boxes. We're looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to run the day\-to\-day floor operation — keeping goods in, storage, picking, and goods out moving smoothly, and leading a small team to hit daily targets.

This is a hands\-on leadership role. You'll be on the floor with the team, not just managing from a desk — solving problems as they come up and making sure standards don't slip when things get busy.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Organise and prioritise daily workload across the warehouse team


• Motivate and manage a small team of warehouse operatives


• Be the first point of contact for the team day\-to\-day, including handling absences and basic HR matters


• Step up to cover for the manager when needed

Goods In / Goods Out

• Oversee receiving, checking, and put\-away of incoming stock


• Oversee accurate, on\-time picking and dispatch of outgoing orders


• Ensure stock is handled and stored correctly, including quality checks on intake

Stock \& Standards

• Organise and run stock takes, reporting discrepancies to management


• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation across the warehouse


• Ensure health \& safety practices are followed, including fire drill procedures

Operational Support

• Flag issues or bottlenecks that need management attention


• Support wider warehouse efficiency initiatives as the business grows

About You

• Previous experience as a warehouse team leader, supervisor, or senior operative ready to step up


• Comfortable managing and motivating a small team


• Fork\-lift licence desirable (or willing to obtain one)


• Organised, calm under pressure, and hands\-on


• Happy working on\-site in Erith, DA8
