Due to continued growth we're looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Google/Pandora site in Bracknell totake ownership of the day\-to\-day operation of a busy warehouse department. You'll play a key role in leading, developing and inspiring a team, ensuring operational targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys working in a fast\-paced environment, building strong relationships and continuously driving improvement across the operation.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday from 13:30 to 22:00\.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £36,200\.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse colleagues, driving engagement and performance

  • Ensure operational KPIs, productivity and service targets are consistently achieved

  • Plan workloads, allocate resources and coordinate staffing requirements across the operation

  • Maintain a safe working environment whilst supporting compliance with GXO policies and procedures

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross\-functional teams to enhance operational performance
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Previous leadership experience within a warehouse, logistics or operational environment

  • Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A proactive, solutions\-focused approach with the confidence to make operational decisions

  • Experience working towards KPI targets and delivering results in a fast\-paced environment
