Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off \- 18:00 to 06:00

Salary: £14\.80 per hour

Based: Eurocentral, Motherwell

Romac Logistics are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor, to join our team based in Eurocentral, Motherwell.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible in achieving Industry leading KPI’s in Health \& Safety, service, and performance.


• Managing all aspects of the receipt, handling, and despatch of stock.


• Monitor sickness and absence through effective Management skills.


• Accountable for Health \& safety requirements and events in the workplace to ensure a safe environment for your colleagues and Contractors.


• Ensure all customer service requests are dealt with efficiently.


• Driving a can\-do culture by adopting a hands\-on approach.


• Develop and mentor members of your team.


• Ensure a smooth and timely handover is executed.
