Juno Hire is a premium furniture hire company supplying designer furniture, bars and accessories to some of London's leading event agencies, venues and brands.
Our furniture can be found at VIP lounges, film and TV events, exhibitions, product launches and luxury private parties across London.
We're a small, family\-run business with a hands\-on approach and a strong focus on quality, service and attention to detail. Over the past few years we've grown significantly, expanding both our collection and our warehouse operations, and we're now looking for the right person to grow with us.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a close\-knit team where your contribution will genuinely make a difference. We're looking for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of our warehouse operations and help maintain the high standards our clients have come to expect from Juno.
The role is primarily warehouse\-based, with occasional delivery and installation work when required.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring furniture is prepared, stored, maintained and presented to the highest standard at all times.
We are looking for somebody who takes pride in organisation, enjoys improving systems and wants to take ownership of the warehouse environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse Operations (Primary Responsibility)
- Maintain organisation and cleanliness throughout the warehouse
- Ensure all furniture is cleaned, checked and stored correctly
- Process returned furniture promptly
- Prepare furniture for upcoming jobs
- Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies
- Identify and report damaged items
- Checking and monitoring the Luton vans
- Maintain warehouse standards and presentation
- Organise prep areas, storage areas and returns areas
- Ensure the warehouse remains client\-ready
- Drive Luton vans when required
- Assist with furniture installations and collections
- Follow floorplans and client instructions
- Liaise professionally with clients onsite
- Photograph completed installations where required
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency
- Support implementation of warehouse systems and processes
- Help improve stock accountability
- Assist with training and maintaining standards amongst freelance crew
- Forklift license necessary
- Experience driving Luton vans
- Event industry, logistics or production experience desirable
- Strong organisational skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable handling furniture and heavy lifting
- Reliable, proactive and solutions\-focused

After 3 months, we would expect:

- Reduced reliance on management for day\-to\-day warehouse organisation
