Graphic Designer
Job Summary:
This role will design and produce visual materials to support the company’s digital platforms, client communications, and marketing activities within IT consultancy services. Duties include creating graphics for websites, social media, presentations, advertising materials, and branding assets while maintaining consistent visual identity. The role involves working with development and marketing teams to prepare layouts, illustrations, icons, and other digital assets that enhance user interface and user experience. Responsibilities include using professional design software to develop creative content, maintaining design libraries, updating existing visual materials, and preparing graphics for online campaigns and internal communications. The post holder will ensure all visual outputs meet company branding standards and project specifications, support digital content development, and contribute creative design solutions to improve presentation of IT services and client\-facing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
\* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and objectives.
\* Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
\* Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
\* Assist in the design of business solutions.
\* Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders and cross\-functional teams.
\* Prepare clear documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and workflow diagrams.
\* Work closely with QA teams to develop test cases and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
\* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress.
\* Support change management and user training during system implementations.
Qualifications:
\* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
\* 3\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
\* Strong knowledge of business process modelling, data analysis, and requirements gathering techniques.
\* Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
\* Experience working in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall environments.
\* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
\* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
\* Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
\* Experience in domains like finance, healthcare, retail, or e\-commerce.
\* Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI\-PBA.

Pay: £27,181\.94\-£69,444\.82 per year
