About the Role

Mana Innovation Group is looking for a reliable, organised and positive individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor.

This is a practical, hands\-on role supporting the smooth movement of products, components and materials through the business. You will play an important part in ensuring projects are picked, packed and prepared accurately, while also supplying the workshop team with the components they need to complete assemblies.

Those completed assemblies then become part of the wider projects we deliver for customers across the UK, including a number of well\-known brands.

This is an entry\-level role, and we are not necessarily looking for someone with years of warehouse or logistics experience. What matters most to us is finding a good person with the right attitude — someone who is dependable, willing to learn, takes pride in doing things properly and fits with the values of our business.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Picking, packing and labelling products and materials for customer projects

  • Accurately preparing project orders ready for despatch

  • Picking components required by the workshop for product assemblies

  • Ensuring the correct components are supplied to the workshop at the right time

  • Receiving completed workshop assemblies and preparing them for inclusion within project orders

  • Checking quantities, product references and documentation for accuracy

  • Receiving deliveries and carrying out goods\-in procedures

  • Booking incoming goods onto our computer systems

  • Putting stock away in the correct locations

  • Helping to maintain accurate stock records

  • Assisting with stock checks and general inventory control

  • Packing and labelling goods ready for dispatch

  • Loading and unloading deliveries where required

  • Keeping warehouse areas clean, safe, tidy and well organised

  • Communicating with colleagues regarding project requirements, deliveries and collections

  • Responding to emails and assisting with day\-to\-day logistics coordination

  • Supporting other areas of the business when required
Accuracy is important in this role. The products and components you pick form part of larger customer projects, so taking the time to make sure everything is correct is essential.

Working With Our Workshop

The warehouse and workshop work closely together.

You will be responsible for picking the components required for assemblies produced within our workshop. Once those assemblies have been completed, they will return into the project flow and be packed alongside the other products and materials required for the job.

You will therefore gain a good understanding of how products and projects move through the business, from individual components through to completed project orders ready for dispatch.

Computer Skills

Basic computer literacy is required for this position.

You do not need to be an IT expert, but you should be comfortable using a computer for everyday tasks such as:

  • Booking incoming goods onto our systems

  • Checking stock and product information

  • Entering basic information accurately

  • Reading and responding to emails

  • Communicating with colleagues regarding deliveries, collections and project requirements

  • Helping with basic logistics administration
Training will be provided on the specific systems and processes used within Mana Innovation.

Who We’re Looking For

Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, stock control, picking and packing or goods\-in would be useful, but it is not essential.

We are much more interested in your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

You’ll ideally be someone who:

  • Is reliable, punctual and trustworthy

  • Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn

  • Is organised and methodical, particularly with time management

  • Has good attention to detail

  • Is comfortable using a computer and email

  • Takes pride in accuracy and doing a job properly

  • Enjoys practical, hands\-on work

  • Works well as part of a team

  • Is happy to listen, learn and take direction

  • Uses initiative when appropriate

  • Communicates clearly with colleagues

  • Treats colleagues, customers and suppliers with respect

  • Is flexible and willing to help where needed

  • Wants to become a valued member of the team
A full UK driving licence would be an advantage.

What We Can Offer

  • An entry\-level role with practical on\-the\-job training

  • Experience in warehousing, logistics and stock control

  • The opportunity to understand how products move from individual components through to completed customer projects

  • Exposure to projects involving well\-known brands across the UK

  • Training on our warehouse and goods\-in systems

  • The opportunity to develop your computer, logistics and coordination skills

  • A supportive team environment

  • The opportunity to take on more responsibility as your experience develops

  • Potential to grow within the business for somebody who demonstrates the right attitude and commitment
Salary

This is an entry\-level role and salary, suitable for someone looking to begin or develop a career within warehousing, logistics and operations.

What is much harder to teach is attitude and character.

If you are the kind of person who turns up, gets involved, helps others, takes pride in doing things properly and wants to be part of a team, we would like to hear from you.
