Warehouse Stock & Admin Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Stock \& Admin Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of supply chain logistics, and proficiency with various warehouse management systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic logistics environment.

Duties

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.


• Supervise 4 warehouse admin providing guidance and support to optimise productivity and safety standards.


• Oversee inventory control using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP, ensuring stock accuracy and timely replenishment.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations across all warehouse functions.


• Maintain detailed records of shipping \& receiving activities, stock levels, and administrative documentation.


• MUST have excellent SAP Knowledge for this role

• Proven supervising experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.


• Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and transportation systems.


• Experience with SAP is essential


• Knowledge of 3PL providers, shipping \& receiving procedures, and inventory control practices.


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
