Warehouse & Returns Processing (Full-Time)
Roseland Furniture is a Truro based, national e\-commerce retailer specialising in Home \& Garden. As part of our operations we run a Truro based Outlet \& Clearance store to sell end of line/discontinued stock \& customer returns; we also process all customer returns at this location.
Job Description:
We're looking for two people to join our existing team, who take responsibility for processing all returns stock, inspect for damage and repackage/palletise for onward movement. You'll also help keep our clearance store stocked and helping restock our Truro store as required.
You'll need to accurately record stock movements \& actions taken using systems provided, attention to detail \& accuracy are key in this role.
We're also keen to find individuals who either have/wish to learn some basic repair skills; to help support our repairs department.
Please note this is a physically demanding, warehouse based role. It involves moving/handling bulky/heavy furniture using appropriate equipment. You will need to be capable of lifting/moving furniture daily.
Responsibilities Include:
\- Processing Inbound Returns
\- Processing / building Outbound Transfers (internal \& external)
\- Assisting clearance store manager (loading/re\-stocking etc.)
\- Assisting main store (restocking/unloading/reloading)
\- Keeping warehouse clean \& tidy
\- Completing related paperwork/system inputs
\- Other duties as required
