Warehouse Operator

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring parcels are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting smooth daily operations in our distribution center. If you are detail\-oriented, proactive, and ready to work in a fast\-paced setting, we would love to have you on board.

Job Responsibilities of Warehouse Operator:

• Conduct manual sorting and scanning of parcels, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to meet operational deadlines.


• Oversee daily activities in the distribution center, ensuring efficient and smooth execution of tasks.


• Support on\-site logistics operations by assisting in organizing transfer batches and optimizing workflow for operational efficiency.


• Aid in identifying and resolving operational issues such as inventory discrepancies or shipment delays to reduce risks and costs.


• Maintain effective communication with colleagues and external contractors to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational standards.

• Must have a valid work and residence permit in the Netherlands.


• Must have a valid Dutch driving license and your own car.


• Willing to work onsite in early morning shifts or afternoon shifts, 6 shits per week.


• 0\-2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a logistics or distribution center environment. (Candidates with no prior experience but a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply)


• Proficiency in English is essential.


• Excellent communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Salaris: Vanaf €2\.610,00 per maand
