Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Position Summary

The Warehouse Operatives Loading / Unloading Trailers, responsible for efficiently loading, unloading, and moving materials within the warehouse. This role ensures that incoming and outgoing shipments are handled safely, accurately, and in a timely manner. The position requires attention to detail and adherence to warehouse safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers using manual labour or material\-handling equipment.


• Sort, organize, and stage products according to company standards.


• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and report any damages or discrepancies.


• Ensure all items are properly secured and protected during loading/unloading.


• Maintain clean and orderly work areas, including staging areas and loading docks.


• Follow all safety guidelines and participate in regular safety training.


• Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals.

• Previous warehouse or material\-handling experience a plus.


• Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic.


• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet deadlines.


• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when needed.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workload efficiently and achieve operational goals.


• Proven capability to work effectively in high\-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.


• Flexible and adaptable, able to take on a variety of roles within the warehouse as operational needs change.

• Job hours 03:30AM\-12Noon

Expected hours: 7\.0 – 8\.0 per week
