Warehouse Operative

Shifts: Monday to Friday. Please state your preference when applying:

• Shift A (Early): Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm


• Shift B (Day) : Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in our digital supply chain. Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will focus on the efficient handling of stock, using handheld scanners and automated warehouse management systems to track inventory from the moment container deliveries arrive to the final dispatch of customer orders.

• Container Unloading: Manually unloading incoming container deliveries safely and efficiently, ensuring all stock is handled with care.


• Digital Stock Replenishment: Moving inventory to designated storage locations and replenishing picking bins while logging all movements accurately on your hand scanner.


• Picking and Packing: Efficiently selecting items from warehouse shelves guided by our automated routing systems, scanning items to confirm accuracy, and securely packing them for dispatch.


• Warehouse Cleanliness \& Safety: Maintaining a clean, organized, and tidy workspace throughout your shift, including clear walkways, disposing of packaging waste, and ensuring the environment remains safe and hazard\-free.

• Comfortable using technology, specifically handheld RF scanners, digital stock systems, or smartphones.


• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is preferred, but full training on our automated systems is provided.


• Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting and manual handling of container deliveries.


• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when inputting data and picking orders.


• A reliable, punctual attitude with the ability to thrive in a structured, fast\-paced environment.


• A valid Forklift Licence (Bendi/Pivot Steer) is highly desirable, though not strictly essential.
