Job Summary;

An opportunity has arisen at the distribution site of Perspex International for a Warehouse Operative to join the Walker Park team. This role is key to supporting the safe, efficient, and timely movement, processing, and dispatch of acrylic products, combining forklift operation, machine work, and general warehouse duties. Working in a fast\-paced environment, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and health \& safety, while contributing to team performance and continuous improvement. The position requires a proactive, flexible individual who can work both independently and collaboratively, and is willing to adapt to a 12\-hour shift pattern (4 on, 4 off) to meet operational and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities;

As part of your day\-to\-day, you’ll:

· Operate a counterbalance FLT to move and organise stock within the warehouse

· Load products onto production machinery using FLT equipment

· Operate production machinery to cut acrylic sheets to specified sizes

· Package acrylic sheet batches for dispatch

· Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles

· Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times

· Carry out general warehouse and ad\-hoc duties as required

Requirements;

· Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence

· Basic computer literacy

· Strong team player with a collaborative approach

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

· Strong awareness and adherence to Health \& Safety practices

· Flexible and adaptable approach to work and shift patterns
