Warehouse Operative
Bidfood \| Worcester (WR4 0AN)
Salary: £31,446\.55 \+ up to £4716\.98 shift allowance per year
Work pattern: 5 out of 7 evenings/nights
Hours per week: 45

- ✔ Active, hands\-on work (no sitting still)

- Picking and loading customer orders, making sure stock is stored and organised correctly
- Using handling equipment safely (full training given)
- Moving stock with pump trucks, power pallet trucks \& forklifts
- Supporting drivers to leave on time and fully prepared
What we’re looking for
- Great people skills and team spirit
- Enjoys physical, active work
- ❄️ Comfortable working across multi\-temperature environments
- Cares about accuracy, safety, and customer service
- 33 days holiday (including bank holidays).
- A pension \- contribute 4% and we’ll match (after year 1, we’ll match up to 6%).
