As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to support the day\-to\-day running of our warehouse operations. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing orders for dispatch, and ensuring the warehouse remains organised, safe, and efficient.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Booking goods into the warehouse accurately and efficiently


• Carrying out quality checks on incoming and returned stock


• Processing customer returns and updating records accordingly


• Managing stock levels and ensuring items are stored in the correct locations


• Updating inventory systems and maintaining stock accuracy


• Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch


• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment


• Assisting with regular stock counts and inventory checks


• Working collaboratively with Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing teams to support business needs


• Following all company procedures, health \& safety guidelines, and warehouse best practices

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred


• Good attention to detail and accuracy


• Strong organisational and time\-management skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Comfortable carrying out physical/manual handling duties


• Basic computer skills and confidence using warehouse or stock systems


• Positive attitude with a flexible and proactive approach to work


• Good communication skills and willingness to support other departments when required

• Salary: Up to £25,000 depending on experience


• Hours: 37\.5 hours per week, Monday \- Friday


• Location: Must be commutable to ST16

Pay: Up to £25,000\.00 per year
