Job Description: Warehouse Operative MHE (VNA/Counterbalance \& HILop)

Before applying for the role, you must already hold the relevant MHE licence/certificate, and it must have been issued or accredited by an external, recognised training/accreditation body.

Reports to: Shift Manager.

Hours: 37\.5 \- Fixed Lates 14:00 \- 22:00

Location: Staci UK, Rugby

Salary: £30,067\.25

Job Purpose

To ensure all MHE warehouse duties are completed in line with company procedures.

Daily Duties

● Loading/Unloading Vehicles

● Picking

● Pallet putaway

● General Warehouse duties

Person Specification

A hardworking individual who thrives in achieving their daily challenges, with a 'can do’

attitude. A trustworthy and reliable individual who can follow procedures to achieve their

daily tasks.

Critical Skills

● Valid MHE licences for any MHE, VNA / Flexi / Bendi / Counterbalance / HLOP /

Reach vehicles.

● Warehouse Experience

● Use handheld RF scanners and PC applications to conduct duties.

● Complete daily MHE check sheets

● Understanding of basic Health and safety requirements and carryout out duties in

accordance, including completing daily MHE checks sheets

● Conversion to MHE license for Bendi and HiLop will be expected
