The Opportunity

We are working with an established luxury interiors and property staging business to recruit an experienced Warehouse \& Logistics Manager.

The business specialises in furnishing and styling high\-end residential properties, managing an extensive inventory of furniture and accessories that are delivered, installed, collected and returned to storage.

This is a hands\-on management role with responsibility for the warehouse and logistics operation, ensuring furniture is received, stored, maintained and delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of warehouse operations, including goods\-in, container deliveries, inventory management, stock control and warehouse organisation.


• Oversee the condition, quality and safe handling of high\-value furniture and accessories, ensuring all items are accurately recorded and stored.


• Manage the movement of furniture between the warehouse and residential properties, including deliveries, installations, collections and returns.


• Lead and coordinate warehouse staff, drivers and installation crews, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to agreed schedules.


• Manage the inspection, recording and storage of returned furniture, ensuring stock is maintained and ready for future installations.


• Continuously improve warehouse processes, operational efficiency and health and safety standards.

Essential Experience

We are looking for an experienced, hands\-on warehouse and logistics professional with:

• Proven warehouse management experience within the residential furniture, luxury residential furniture, property staging or specialist furniture logistics sectors.


• Strong experience in stock control, inventory management, goods\-in, quality assurance and warehouse organisation.


• Experience managing furniture deliveries, installation teams and operational staff.


• A practical understanding of handling, storing and transporting high\-value furniture, including the management of returned stock.


• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage schedules and resolve operational challenges.


• The ability to work across the South West London office and the company's warehouse along the M40 corridor as required.

Experience in luxury residential interiors, home staging, show homes or furniture rental would be particularly advantageous.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a proactive, practical and highly organised manager who is equally comfortable leading a team and being hands\-on in the warehouse.

You will understand the importance of maintaining furniture in excellent condition, managing an accurate inventory and ensuring a seamless service from the warehouse through to installation in a client's home.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key operational function within an established luxury residential furniture staging business.

Pay: £40,000\.00\-£58,000\.00 per year
