Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in a supportive or educational setting is highly desirable

• Demonstrated ability to teach or facilitate learning activities in a creative and engaging manner


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with young individuals, families, and team members

• Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including evenings or weekends if required


• Relevant qualifications or training in childcare, education, or social care are advantageous but not mandatory
