Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile Customer Service and Warehouse Operative to manage customer interactions and handle various warehouse duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of customer service and physical tasks within a warehouse environment.

Hours: Part\-time and Full\-time Available

Salary: £13\-14 per hour DoE

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, providing high\-quality support and building strong customer relationships.


• Process customer orders accurately and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.


• Receiving orders from suppliers and stocking incoming inventory


• Perform stock management duties including inventory checks and organizing warehouse space.


• Fulfill orders by picking, packing, and preparing items for dispatch.


• Carry out general warehouse tasks as needed to maintain an orderly and efficient environment.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations within the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service; experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.


• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.


• Physical ability to carry out manual warehouse duties.


• High attention to detail and commitment to providing high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
