Early Years Educator

We are looking for an experienced Early Years Educator to join our team and help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for young children. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of activities that promote the physical, emotional, social and intellectual development of children aged 2\-5\. This role requires a creative individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching. The Early Years Educator will also be responsible for developing lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and providing feedback to parents. The hours will be 8\.30am\- 12\.30pm, September 2026 start.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of young children.


• Observe and assess the development of children.


• Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play.


• Encourage children to explore, create, and express themselves through activities.


• Develop positive relationships with parents and guardians.


• Maintain records of each child's progress.


• Communicate with other professionals such as speech therapists, social workers, and medical professionals.

• Level 3 in early childhood education, at least 1 year experience of working in a nursery.


• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents


• Nursery experience, demonstrating the ability to create a nurturing environment


• Proficiency in English for clear communication and writing.


• MUST have experience with working with SEND. Understanding how to communicate and interact with children with different needs.
