Harlequin Teamwear is an independent motorsport\-focused apparel brand. We specialise in high\-quality custom teamwear, and also supply a wide range of businesses and other sports across the UK and beyond. We’re looking for an organised, proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team to assist with the handling of our orders and stock. Please note this is a physically\-active hands on warehouse role.
About the Role
This is a part\-time position (20\-25 hours per week) with potential for more hours as the business grows, ideal for someone organised, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in the day\-to\-day running of our warehouse and fulfilment operations, helping ensure stock, orders, and event preparation logistics run smoothly for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing stock deliveries
- Maintain accurate stock inventories
- Update website stock levels and product availability
- Pick, pack, and dispatch online shop orders
- Prepare and dispatch direct client orders
- Load vans and prepare equipment/products for race events
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment
- Coordinate order dispatch with admin and sales colleagues
- Assist with general warehouse operations and logistics tasks
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, proactive, and hands\-on approach to work
- Experience with stock management, warehouse operations, or fulfilment preferred
- Basic computer skills and confidence updating stock systems/websites
- Ability to work independently, and manage deadlines
- Hours 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday \- We can be flexible with these hours for the right candidate (between office opening hours of 9am to 5pm).
- 23 Days Holiday per annum, plus Bank Holidays and Christmas break (the company closes between Christmas and the new year)

Salary: £13,200 per year (TBA – based on 20 hour per week)

Pay: £13,200\.00\-£16,500\.00 per year
