The Mission (Who We Need):

We are not looking for a basic pack\-and\-ship box mover. We are hiring an execution\-focused Warehouse \& Operations Administrator to work directly with our leadership team.

While you will assist with physical stock, dispatch, and supporting the pharmacist, the defining edge of this role is strong administrative execution. You will handle complex tracking, product data alignment, and obscure operational duties that keep our back\-end plumbing running perfectly. If you lack computer confidence, strong organizational memory, or standard office admin experience, this seat is not for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Administration \& Logistics: Own the administrative paperwork, shipping manifests, tracking updates, and system\-based coordination for all major outward networks (DPD, etc.).


• Data \& Stock Auditing: Maintain precise digital stock records within our system. Proactively audit expiry dates, flag variances, and ensure digital entries align perfectly with physical shelf counts.


• Operational Troubleshooting: Handle obscure and varying back\-end admin tasks assigned directly by leadership to ensure smooth pharmacy flow.


• Dispensing \& Fulfillment: Support the dispensing team and pharmacist by accurately selecting, scanning, and securely packing sensitive aesthetic prescriptions for courier pickup.


• Facility Compliance: Keep the workspace clinically organized, secure, and compliant with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Strong Administrative Track Record (Essential): Proven experience handling complex paperwork, data entries, or office administration—ideally in logistics, supply chain, medical, or a regulated environment.


• Pharmacy Background (Highly Desirable): NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Service / Dispensing or equivalent experience within a healthcare distribution setting is a massive advantage.
