Warehouse Co-ordinator

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to support our warehouse in Kells.

This is a hands\-on role loading and unloading stock. This role also requires someone comfortable with computers and systems (ERP). Goods in is administered manually onto the system and requires attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receive, check and store inbound deliveries of medical devices and related products in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.


• Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and on time, ensuring correct labelling and documentation.


• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts and assist with annual stock takes.


• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment, including adherence to health and safety procedures.


• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet trucks, lifting equipment) in a safe and responsible manner, subject to appropriate training and certification.


• Support returns processing, quarantine of non\-conforming goods and correct segregation of stock where required.


• Use the warehouse management system (or ERP) to book in goods, record movements and maintain accurate inventory records.


• Ensure documentation (delivery notes, pick lists, shipping documents) is completed accurately and filed appropriately.

Essential Criteria:

• Clean, Full driving licence


• Minimum 2 years experience in warehousing


• Minimum 1 years experience with Microsoft products, i.e. Excel, Word, etc


• Comfortable with manual work


• Reliable, punctual, and flexible

Desirable Criteria:

• Fork lift licence


• ERP experience
