Job Summary

Your proactive approach will help us meet operational goals while fostering a positive team atmosphere. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management . We will provide overhead gantry crane training too after evaluation over some period of time.
Responsibilities
- Assist with materials handling, including loading, unloading, and moving stock within the warehouse using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and crane
- Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition.
- Use warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, update records, and ensure data accuracy.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet customer deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Stock shelves, do label on samples, and storage areas systematically to optimize space utilization and accessibility.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming materials and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, adhering to safety protocols at all times, and assist with mechanical maintenance or troubleshooting when needed.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics environments.
- Strong materials handling skills with familiarity in using forklifts ( desired not essential)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily tasks.
- Attention to detail for quality control checks and stock organization.
Pay: £27,000\.00\-£29,000\.00 per year
