About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team.
This role would be ideal for someone leaving school or college, looking for their first full\-time job, or wanting to gain valuable workplace experience in a busy and friendly environment.
No previous warehouse experience is required, as full training will be provided. What matters most to us is attitude. We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing a good job.
The role is split between goods in and quality control, and packing and dispatch. You will play an important part in ensuring our customers receive high\-quality products that are packed carefully and dispatched accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving deliveries and checking products for quality and damage
- Unpacking and organising incoming stock
- Carrying out quality control checks before products are stored or dispatched
- Picking customer orders accurately
- Carefully wrapping and packing customer orders for shipment
- Loading and unloading deliveries when required
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Assisting with stock counts and general warehouse duties
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions accurately
- Comfortable carrying out physical work and lifting items safely
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team
- Looking for a long\-term opportunity
Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential. Full training will be provided.
