Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and specialist dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety


• Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and materials for each appointment


• Provide compassionate patient care by explaining procedures and addressing concerns


• Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems and ensure confidentiality at all times


• Support infection control protocols, including sterilization of instruments and equipment


• Manage appointment scheduling and organize patient flow efficiently to maximize clinic productivity


• Communicate clearly with patients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering excellent patient care and supporting oral health improvement


• Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with patients and team members


• Basic IT skills for managing records, appointments, and clinical documentation


• Good organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced environment


• Previous experience in nursing or healthcare is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for Trainee roles


• Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate professionalism at all times
