Job Summary

We are searching for a highly reliable and hands\-on Warehouse Assistant to join our fast\-growing ecommerce business.

The team member will play a vital role in the smooth running of our logistics and operations, ensuring our products are received, managed, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately. You will be working within a dynamic environment where attention to detail and a proactive attitude are key.

As part of a close\-knit friendly team, you will support the end\-to\-end movement of goods. From receiving shipments and assisting the warehouse management, to preparing orders for dispatch across various online platforms via our delivery network.

Key Skills

• Organisational skills and attention to detail


• Computer literacy to include stock management systems and courier portals preferred


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Time management and prioritisation


• Clear communication skills


• Forklift license preferred

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock deliveries


• Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for dispatch


• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse space


• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management


• Handle returns and restocking of items


• Operate packaging machinery and warehouse equipment where required


• Work closely with the operations team to meet daily dispatch targets


• Follow health \& safety guidelines at all times


• Support wider logistics and fulfilment projects as the business grows

Pay: £25,000\.00\-£27,000\.00 per year
