Event SIA Supervisor
Semper Security UK Ltd is seeking experienced Event SIA Supervisors to join our growing events team across Coventry and Warwickshire.
We are looking for professional, reliable supervisors with a minimum of 3 years' proven experience leading security teams at sporting events, festivals, concerts, community events and corporate functions.
Essential Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Minimum 3 years' proven Event SIA Supervisory experience.
- First Aid qualification (Emergency First Aid at Work or above).
- ACT Awareness Training.
- Excellent leadership, communication and decision\-making skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage incidents professionally.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Level 3 Spectator Safety qualification (preferred but not essential).
- Experience working at stadiums, festivals and large\-scale public events.
- Supervise and lead SIA security teams at a variety of events.
- Deliver clear and professional pre\-event briefings.
- Ensure officers maintain the highest standards of professionalism, appearance and customer service.
- Liaise with clients, event organisers, emergency services and venue management.
- Manage incidents and emergency situations effectively.
- Complete accurate incident reports and post\-event documentation.
- Ensure all deployments are delivered safely and in line with company procedures.
- Support, motivate and mentor officers throughout each deployment.
- Competitive Supervisor hourly rate, negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and suitability.
- Regular event work throughout the year.
- Assignments across Coventry, Warwickshire and the surrounding areas.

Licence Required: SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
Driving Licence: Preferred.
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years' proven Event SIA Supervisory experience.
Location: Coventry \& Warwickshire.
