Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Full Time – 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (*flexibility needed*)

Luna Remote Systems is one of the leading providers of remote camera systems in the UK and worldwide. Our specialist systems are used for multi\-camera broadcasts, sport, film, esports, and commercial productions across the globe.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and organised Kit Room Coordinator to join our Watford team. This role will focus on supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse and equipment preparation, ensuring every project is delivered efficiently and to the high standards expected by Luna.

Key Duties \& Responsibilities

• Assist with day\-to\-day kit Room and warehouse operations, including equipment intake, storage, and dispatch.


• Prepare and check camera systems and technical equipment for upcoming jobs, ensuring operational readiness.


• Support the allocation and tracking of equipment, working closely with the Technical Director and operations team.


• Follow internal checklists, booking\-out processes, and standard procedures to maintain consistency.


• Help maintain accurate inventory records, including asset barcoding and data entry.


• Support servicing and repairs by liaising with suppliers and internal teams as needed.


• Assist with coordinating deliveries and collections with external freight and hire companies.


• Ensure the kit Room and warehouse remain clean, organised, and compliant with Health \& Safety standards.


• Support improvements to kit Room processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

• Experience in a warehouse, kit Room, logistics, or technical support role.


• Basic knowledge of inventory management and asset\-tracking systems is helpful.


• Organised, detail\-oriented, and able to follow processes accurately.


• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a small, collaborative team.


• Able to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet deadlines.
