As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Warehouse \& Inventory Manager to take full ownership of our warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations.

This is more than a traditional warehouse management role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building efficient systems, improving processes, solving operational challenges, and creating a warehouse operation that supports a fast\-growing business.

Key Responsibilities

As our Warehouse \& Inventory Manager, you will:

• Take full ownership of the warehouse and inventory operation.


• Manage stock across a fleet of 10 installation vans, ensuring technicians have the equipment they need each day.


• Receive, inspect, and organise incoming deliveries.


• Pick, pack, and dispatch website orders accurately and on time.


• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.


• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.


• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.


• Organise the warehouse to maximise efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.


• Work closely with purchasing, operations, and installation teams.


• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse systems, processes, and workflows.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, stores, or warehouse management.


• A valid forklift licence with practical forklift operating experience.


• Excellent organisational and planning skills.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Experience using stock management or inventory management systems.


• Good computer skills.


• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.


• Strong problem\-solving skills and a proactive approach.


• A high level of ownership, accountability, and reliability.
