• Created dispatch documentation, delivery notes, and shipping labels for outgoing goods.


• Generated invoices and verified accurate pricing in accordance with company policies and customer agreements.


• Coordinated with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.


• Maintained accurate records of stock movements, orders, and shipments.


• Ensured compliance with health and safety procedures and company operational standards.

• Proven experience in warehouse administration or logistics management.


• Strong knowledge of category management, supply chain principles, and logistics operations.


• Must have experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).


• Experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts is desirable.


• Familiarity with shipping \& receiving procedures and documentation standards.


• Ability to work effectively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities independently.
