Warehouse Administrator
At CCT Worldwide Ltd, we are a well\-established freight forwarding and logistics provider with over 40 years of industry experience. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our warehouse administration team based in Gravesend.
We are seeking an organised and detail\-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support our busy warehouse operation. This is a fully office\-based role and would suit someone with previous administration experience, strong keyboard/data entry skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Using both customer and in\-house warehouse systems
- Completing customs clearance documentation for goods entering and leaving customs bond
- Maintaining customs records for goods moving in and out of the ETSF shed
- Supporting inbound and outbound stock control administration
- Creating outbound pick lists
- Producing delivery documentation for warehouse despatches
- Communicating professionally with customers and clients
- Assisting with warehouse health \& safety procedures and records
- Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure goods are received and despatched on time
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Carrying out general warehouse administration duties
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Fast and accurate keyboard/data entry skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Customer\-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Experience within logistics, freight forwarding, or warehousing would be advantageous
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
