Waking Nights Care Worker
Location: Taunton
Salary: £115\.24 weekdays \& £121\.86 weekends (per shift)
Hours: Waking Nights (10:00pm – 7:00am)
About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Waking Nights Care Workers to join our team. You will provide high\-quality care and support to individuals during overnight hours, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing person\-centred care and support
- Conducting regular welfare and safety checks
- Supporting individuals with personal care where required
- Assisting with mobility and transferring using appropriate equipment
- Administering medication in accordance with company policies
- Responding promptly to emergencies and incidents
- Maintaining accurate care records and handover notes
- Supporting individuals to maintain dignity, independence, and choice
- Caring, compassionate, and professional attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous experience in health and social care
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health \& Social Care or working towards
