We are currently looking for experienced Front of House Receptionists to join our friendly, professional, and highly supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome

  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service

  • Accurately record and manage patient data while maintaining strict confidentiality and data protection standards

  • Manage appointment bookings, recalls, and reminders efficiently

  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks in a fast\-paced environment

  • Compose and format letters and correspondence

  • Confidently communicate our services and encourage new patient enquiries

  • Support and enhance the patient experience throughout their journey with the practice

  • Liaise with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and associated costs

  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure the smooth day\-to\-day running of the practice
Hours
  • Part\-time position

  • 2 days per week (Mondays and Thursdays)

  • 1 Saturday shift every 4 weeks

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of front desk or reception experience (dental, medical, or similar preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail

  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection standards

  • Confident, proactive, and approachable with a team\-player mindset

  • Ability to prioritise and manage tasks efficiently

  • Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment

  • Able to remain calm, focused, and positive under pressure
