We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our fast\-paced team. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high\-energy retail environment and has a natural ability build long\-term customer relationships, beyond achieving sales targets, you will play a vital role in customer retention, ensuring every client feels valued and supported throughout their ownership journey.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Volkswagen, engaging with customers to deliver an exceptional experience from first enquiry through to vehicle handover. Your goal will be to understand customer needs, build lasting relationships, and achieve sales success through a structured and customer\-focused approach.

  • Engage with customers face\-to\-face to deliver outstanding service

  • Apply a consistent sales process to achieve total customer satisfaction

  • Identify customer needs and guide them through the entire sales journey

  • Work to agreed sales targets, proactively following up on leads and enquiries
In order to be successful, you will need to
  • You’ll be someone who thrives in a customer\-facing environment and takes pride in achieving results.

  • Be an attentive listener with a genuine interest in understanding customer needs

  • Have an approachable and engaging manner

  • Be enthusiastic, ambitious, and driven to meet (and exceed) sales targets

  • Have previous sales experience (motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential)

  • Be passionate about the Volkswagen brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience
