Visiting carer in Hounslow

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate visiting carer to provide consistent, high\-quality support to a client in their own home. This role involves approximately 15\-20 hours of care per week.

About the Role The client requires practical, hands\-on support across a range of daily living tasks, including:

• Mobility support – Assisting with safe movement around the home


• Medication support – Prompting and/or administering medication, including collecting prescriptions


• Meal preparation – Planning and preparing nutritious meals


• Housekeeping and household management – Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised home environment


• Shopping and errands – Accompanying and assisting the client on shopping trips and hospital visits

What We're Looking For

• A dependable, punctual carer who understands the importance of consistency and reliability


• Experience in personal care, mobility assistance, and medication support


• Confident and caring communication style


• Flexibility to adapt to a schedule that may occasionally change


• A proactive approach to housekeeping and household management
