Accountabilities

  • Conduct consultative virtual sales conversations with existing customers, prospects, and newly acquired accounts to generate demand and drive revenue growth.

  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, and service requests efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Use CRM systems (such as Salesforce) to document customer interactions, track opportunities, and maintain accurate sales records.

  • Support targeted sales campaigns, lead generation activities, and virtual promotional initiatives in collaboration with field sales teams.

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across consumables, accessories, and related product portfolios.

  • Prepare and deliver tailored quotations that highlight both technical value and commercial benefits.

  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

  • Provide high-quality after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development.

  • Collaborate with internal field sales representatives and distributor partners to align on account strategies and execution.

  • Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and product developments to support informed customer conversations.

  • Contribute to account planning activities and support the broader sales strategy where needed.

  • Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer feedback within CRM systems.

Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, account management, marketing, or commercial roles.

  • Background in commercial, dental, medical, or healthcare-related training or professional experience is highly desirable.

  • Proven experience in virtual, digital, or remote sales environments.

  • Experience handling customer inquiries, objections, and complaint resolution in a consultative manner.

  • Strong interest in technical or medical products with the ability to understand product value and application.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer-centric mindset.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and effective follow-up capabilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX) is an advantage.

  • Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Native or near-native Spanish is required; good English proficiency is essential, and Italian is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
