Digits and Beyond Ltd is looking for an energetic and proactive Business Development \& Marketing Coordinator to help grow our visibility, network, and client base across Northamptonshire and beyond.

This is not just a social media role. We are looking for someone who can actively help us identify opportunities, connect with businesses and organisations, identify events and networking opportunities, and support the growth of the firm.

You will play a practical role in helping us build relationships, strengthen our presence, and generate new business opportunities.

About Us

Digits and Beyond is a growing accounting and advisory firm supporting businesses, charities, CICs, and professionals with:

  • Accounting and tax services

  • Business advisory

  • Governance and compliance

  • Financial management support

  • Strategy and organisational development
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and organisations

  • Research networking, business, and community events we should attend

  • Support business development and lead generation activities

  • Help strengthen our local presence across Northamptonshire

  • Manage and update the company website

  • Coordinate and manage social media content and visibility

  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities

  • Maintain a simple pipeline of leads, contacts, and opportunities

  • Suggest creative ways to increase awareness of the business
What We’re Looking For
  • Based in Northamptonshire or nearby (preferred)

  • Strong communication and relationship\-building skills

  • Confident networking and approaching organisations

  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Facebook, websites, and digital tools

  • Organised, proactive, and self\-motivated

  • Creative thinker with initiative

  • Previous experience in business development, marketing, networking, sales, or communications is an advantage
